Shipping Method

We use Leopard Courier Service to deliver all orders across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges

• A flat delivery charge of Rs. 300 is applied to all orders

• The delivery charges must be paid in advance to confirm your order

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• After paying the delivery charges, the remaining amount will be collected as Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location

Order Confirmation

• Orders will only be confirmed after the advance delivery charges are received

• Our team may contact you for order verification

Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Public holidays

• Weather conditions

• Courier service issues

Phoneess is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
